We need to understand a misunderstood attribute of God - His jealousy. WIthin the story of Phinehas we learn about the jealousy of God. Phinehas will take what would appear to be extreme measures but when one understands the honor of God then one can understand the concept of God's jealousy.

The Story of Phinehas builds upon 3 lines:
1. What he understood
2. What he undertook
3. What he underscores

Let us learn the lessons of honoring God in a world that dishonors Him.

Where is the faith of our fathers? We live in a time when truth is subjective and faith is being redefined by one's own imagination. The result is that we now have a generation having a distorted view of God, of truth, and of reality itself.

Our mission in this present time is to re-introduce to this generation the truths that transform a life. The central focus is upon the person of God Himself. Who is the God of the Bible?

The God of the Bible is...
    • The God Who Redeems.
    • The God Who Relates.
    • The God Who Restores.

There are the 3 foundational truths that will enable us to reconnect with this present generation. These are the truths of Christianity 101.

The Parable of the Wheat and Tares. There is only one good seed, all other seed is corrupted and profane. We must ask ourselves of what kind of seed we are? Are we of the Good seed or of the Bad seed? As God seeks to plant His Good seed (the Word) in the lives of individuals, we must understand that Satan seeks to plant a corrupted seed in the lives of individuals as well.

As the time of harvest quickly approaches there is going to be a time of separation. The good seed will be separated from the profane. The question is where will you stand in the moment of the final harvest?

The time of the end is not the end of time. God has a divine design for both humanity and earth. The time of the end will come but the process is not really the key to understanding the time of the end - it is the purpose of God in the time of the end that is the real key.
What is God's original design? To answer this question is the key to understanding what the purpose of God will be in the events that bring forth the time of the end. The truth of the matter is seen in the fact that the end is found in the beginning.  Before we can look forward let us take a look back to the beginning and see God's blueprint.

There are 5 doctirnes disclosed within the Book of Romans, taken together they declare how an individual is made right before God and can stay in a right relationship with God. To be saved and to live saved is the focus of ths study.

Grace transforms the way that the believer lives - but is grace allowed to transform the way in which the believer gives?

Let us learn the lessons of giving God's way. Giving always involves the matter of trust. Do you really trust the Lord? Will you rely upon His promises of upon your provisions? Will you choose to prove God in His promises to provide for you?

How does a church die? The answer is revealed in our Lord’s message to the Church in Sardis, Revelation 3:1-6.

This was a church that was active but in reality was spiritually dried up. There was a form of godliness but there was no spiritual power. What causes a church to dry up spiritually? The answer is to be found in one important element – TRUTH.

The church is called “The Pillar of Truth” by Paul in 1Timothy 3:15. When a church abandons the truth of God that church will dry up spiritually and have no power.                                    
 A church dies when…

·        She ceases to Love the Truth

·        She ceases to Live the Truth

·        She ceases to Loosen the Truth

Join in with us as we examine this all important message of our Lord. This is a message that is for us today as it was for the saints in Sardis.

Would you trust a child to do a grownups job? How often we do just this in church ministry. We ask the spiritually immature to do tasks that they are not capable of doing. We have become so busy building churches that we have forgotten to build God's people.

One's spiritual diet will determine whether there will be spiritual maturity or spiritual immaturity. This is the difference between mild and meat. What you eat will determine what you are - there is still a lot of truth in this statement.
